Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions.
Please do not send any items back before contacting us—unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns for the following:

  • Custom products, including personalized pet portrait napkins, towels, and tablecloths

  • Perishable items (e.g. food, flowers, or plants)

  • Personal care goods

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards and final sale items

Exchanges

Want to exchange an item?
The fastest way is to return the item and, once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired item.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, no justification required.

Returned items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
