1. How do I upload my pet's photo?
You can upload your pet's image directly on the product page before adding the item to your cart.
2. What kind of photo works best for customization?
Clear, high-resolution photos with good lighting and your pet’s full face visible are ideal.
3. Can I include more than one pet in a single design?
Yes! Many of our products support multiple pet portraits. Please refer to the product page for details.
4. Can I preview the design before it’s printed?
We currently do not provide previews by default, but you may request one via email after ordering.
5. Are the products machine washable?
Yes. All of our napkins, towels, and tablecloths are machine washable on a gentle cycle.
6. What materials are used in your products?
We use high-quality, soft-touch polyester blends that are durable, vibrant, and long-lasting.
7. Can I cancel my order after purchase?
Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement. Please email us as soon as possible.
8. Do you accept custom background requests?
Yes, you can request a plain color or themed background. Just leave a note at checkout or email us.
9. How do I know if my order went through?
You will receive an email confirmation shortly after completing your purchase.
10. Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely! You can include a gift message at checkout and we’ll exclude pricing from the package.

If you received an incorrect item, contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement at no cost.
15. Are your inks and materials pet-safe?
Yes, our printing process uses non-toxic, pet-safe inks and materials.

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your item has shipped. You can also track it on our Track Order page.
17. Do you accept returns on custom products?
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we only accept returns on defective or incorrect items.
