Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping notification once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

• USA Orders: Free shipping. Estimated delivery within 7 business days after shipment.

• Europe Orders: Free shipping. Estimated delivery within 15 business days after shipment.

• International Orders: We ship worldwide. Delivery times and rates may vary depending on your location.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your tracking info, feel free to reach out to us.

Customs & Duties

For international shipments, import duties, taxes, and charges may apply once the package reaches your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We can ship to P.O. boxes whenever possible. However, some carriers may have restrictions. If you require delivery to a P.O. box, please contact us in advance to confirm compatibility.
